Mag. Johannes Wolfgruber studied law at the Johannes Kepler University Linz and completed a postgraduate master’s degree in business administration for lawyers. His practice focuses on corporate and corporate law, general contract law and inheritance law. Particular specialist areas include private foundation law as well as reorganizations and corporate transactions (M&A) as well as company formation and succession. In addition to his legal work, Johannes Wolfgruber also works as a specialist lecturer and is the author of several academic publications.
