Short description
Even if the founders have reserved the right to change the foundation declaration for certain cases and not for others, the board of directors does not have the subsidiary right of change in accordance with Section 33 Paragraph 2 Sentence 2 PSG only to the extent that the founders have reserved the right to make the change.
