He passed the bar exam with distinction in June 2019 and has been working as a trainee lawyer in our Linz office since January 2017. Maximilian Hofmaninger advises clients comprehensively, particularly in all areas of corporate and corporate law.
His particular areas of expertise include company formation and succession, reorganization law, corporate transactions (M&A) and advising private foundations. Other areas of focus include labor law, inheritance law as well as restructuring and insolvency law.
