The new edition of the SME fund is here! Since January 23rd This year, funding for trademark and design registrations can be applied for via the SME Fund 2023. Through the SME Fund 2023, small and medium-sized companies based in the EU have the opportunity to receive funding for the protection of their intellectual property rights.
The funding program was set up by the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).

 

Protecting intellectual property is essential for businesses in the digital age and is an effective way to prevent unique ideas, products or services from being copied or used without permission. Intellectual property can be protected in particular by registering trademarks, designs and patents.
