In the last few days, many Austrian companies – including us – have received letters from a Berlin law firm by fax. As far as is known, it demands EUR 950.00 for an allegedly illegally viewed erotic film. In fact, there is probably an attempt at fraud.

Since it is now known that hundreds of Austrian companies – and possibly also some of our clients – are affected by this, we saw this as an opportunity to write a short Newsletter and inform you about the current situation.
