Short description
On March 5, 2010, the Federal Procurement Act 2006 as amended by Federal Law Gazette I 15/2010 came into force. The completely revised and significantly expanded third edition of the Public Procurement Law Handbook takes into account the numerous developments in this area of law and the constantly growing amount of case law from the procurement control bodies, thus bringing a tried and tested standard work up to date.
The Procurement Law Handbook was deliberately not structured according to the sections of the law. Rather, with a view to procurement practice, the structure based on the chronological sequence of a procurement procedure, which was already tried and tested in the previous editions, was retained.
