Short commentary on the Private Foundation Act, 2nd edition

The second edition of the short commentary on the Private Foundation Act also deals with the PSG in a compact, systematic manner, with a focus on topicality and practical relevance. At the same time, appropriate references provide the reader with the necessary in-depth knowledge of particularly relevant subject areas. The developments of the last few years show a strong trend towards case law jurisprudence of the Supreme Court in private foundation law cases – which is atypical for Austria. This development was taken into account in the new edition by incorporating numerous supreme court decisions. In order to make quick access easier for practitioners, the tried and tested overview of supreme court decisions has been completely redesigned and supplemented with comments on the respective decisions.
