Supervisory board of a stock corporation

Function, organization, tasks and liability of supervisory board members, taking into account the change in the Insolvency Law Amendment Act of 1997. The article provides an overview of the supervisory board as a body of a stock corporation – in particular the function, organization and tasks of the supervisory board as well as the topic of liability from a criminal law perspective and civil law perspective, are examined briefly and succinctly.
