Alexander Hasch is the founder of the Law Firm and is highly regarded as an expert in issues of company reorganizations, including financial aspects, as well as possible uses and applications of private foundations. “European Legal Experts 2010” offers an international recommendation for Alexander Hasch in the fields of “Banking and Finance”, “Insolvency and Corporate Recovery” and “Private Client”. Alexander Hasch acts as member of the supervisory board for several renowned companies and as chairman of the board in numerous private foundations.

- Admitted to the Czech Republic bar since June 1997
- Managing partner and partner of the law firm since 2000
- since 2001 university lecturer at the Institute for Entrepreneurship and Development, University of Linz
- Licensed as a management consultant since June 2001
- Admitted to practice in the Czech Republic since January 2005 through registration in the list of “European lawyers”
